What does hibistask do?
hibistask is a Melbourne-based, family-owned consultancy that helps Australian small and growing businesses save time, lower costs and improve margins. We do three things: build a clear strategy and roadmap (point of view), automate repetitive work with AI and process automation, and set up reporting and dashboards so owners see the numbers that matter in time to act.
What is AI automation for a small business?
AI automation means using software and AI to handle repetitive admin, such as chasing invoices, building quotes, reading supplier bills, updating spreadsheets and preparing weekly reports. The routine work runs on its own, and anything unclear goes to a named person to review.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools your team already uses, such as email, spreadsheets, accounting software and messaging apps, and connect them so information flows without retyping. Your data stays in your own accounts.
How long does it take to see results?
A point of view and roadmap takes about four weeks. A first automation is then built and piloted on real work, and measured against where you started, typically within three to four months of the first conversation.
How much does business automation cost?
It depends on the problem you want solved. We agree scope, timeline and fees with you before anything is built, so there are no surprises, and we prove one solution small before scaling.
Where do you work?
We are based in Melbourne, Victoria and work with businesses across Australia, both in person and remotely.
Begin with one problem worth solving.
