> hibistask is a Melbourne-based, family-owned consultancy (ABN 88 206 762 596) that helps small and growing Australian businesses save time, lower costs and improve margins through business transformation strategy, AI and process automation, and reporting and dashboards.

## Services
- Strategy and roadmap ("point of view"): where the business is today, where it wants to be, and the safest route between. Priorities, a 12-week roadmap and a business case, in about four weeks.
- AI and process automation: delegate repetitive work such as invoice reminders, quoting, supplier bill processing and data entry, automated using the tools the business already uses (email, spreadsheets, accounting software, messaging apps). Anything unclear goes to a named person.
- Reporting and dashboards: one trusted view of cash, margin, customers and capacity, including weekly owner scorecards, profit by job type and 13-week cash forecasts.

Understand, agree scope and timelines, plan, build and pilot on real work, measure against the starting point, then scale. Nothing is committed until scope, timeline and fees are agreed.
